Eating: yes … Cooking? No, thanks… That is Tamme Hanken’s motto. The XXL- East Frisian is an enthusiastic eater and connoisseur. A large portion of fresh ground pork for breakfast, a decent steak with roasted potatoes for lunch and munching here and there, that is his unmistakable passion. But stirring the pots himself was not for him…until now!
Not having learned how to cook is no longer an excuse for the gigantic horse breeder. His wife Carmen tastes the difference between defrosting convenience food und home cooking. So let’s take on the cooking challenge and on to the recipes: Tamme Hanken in “Cooking 101”.
